Way to go, Larry king Live! Finally a show about autism that didn't cater to the naysayers.
Too often, when autism is highlighted on a television program, there is more focus on the professionals who want to discredit all the "causes." But tonight, Larry King had a panel of parents who were able to tell their stories without having to defend their beliefs.
It's time to listen to the parents. We are the ones who know, we are the ones who are living with autism everyday. We are loving these kids through the hard times and the successes. We deserve to be heard.
