This Is Not Comedy Central.

People like me because I am kind. I am honest and loyal. I'd do anything for a friend. But funny, I am not.

Interestingly enough, this is the personality trait I would give my right arm for. I am a huge admirer of a funny female. My favorite cousin, whom I'll call Bright Eyes, is one of these. She has always had a quick wit, and leaves us thinking "how'd she come up with that? " People like to be around her simply because she is clever. (She's also affectionate and a great mom, but that's not the point of this blog.) Bright eyes is able to keep me giggling for hours.

One of my friends, Emily, is also blessed with the talent to make ordinary everyday events into hilarious stories. She will never let a room fill with uncomfortable silence (I am guilty of this), and will surely be liked anyone who takes the time to enjoy her. I think she feels like she often dominates conversations. Emily- you make us laugh and for that we love you!

I have noticed that the blogs I visit the most are ones that, like Em's , turn their normal-everyday-mom-lives into comedy. If you come to visit my blog, it is simply to discover my feelings and the facts of my life. Don't expect any big laughs.

Thanks to you funny women who keep me entertained! I like you more than you know.

Catch me if you can~
AJ

I think listening and reflecting are definitely talents equal to humor! We just remember laughter more. It's nice that everyone is different. Without you, the funny people wouldn't feel appreciated!!

I feel like you, I would love to be funny, but I'm not. But that is okay! You are awesome!

You're a very fun person to sit and talk with!!! I love being able to sit and talk for hours, that was lots of fun for me!

I'd trade some of my funny for the ability to remember things that people say to me even half the time, lol.

I like the new blog look! I am not the life of the party either, and I do admire funny people, but sometimes I would rather read the thoughts of thinkers anyway. I tend toward the serious, especially when writing.

I nejoy your blog... even though I don't always post a comment. Which, btw, drives me crazy when others who visit my blog don't post comments.........

I'm missing you. When are you coming to visit?

It isn't always about making people laugh, I think the best posts are the ones that come from the heart. Those are the ones that mean something when I read them.

I totally understand. And Em ... sorry to correct you, but you are funny. Very funny (in a LOL super fun way).

Luckly bloggers don't have to be funny to have something worth saying! There's no "funny prerequisite" :) If so, I'd have been booted long ago! You're so sweet, and it completely shows ... you're great just the way you are :)

While I love a good laugh, I can really appreciate real feelings, and sincere posts that touch me differently. Keep writing, funny or otherwise ;)

I'm not a funny one, either...silly, yes, but not funny. That was until I came to England. You would be a stand-up comic here b/c you have sarcasm. The English love sarcasm, and I've had so much fun getting the better of them b/c they also don't get how an American can be sarcastic! So, why don't you come live next door to me and we can be comedians together?
